Indie punk rockers Good Grief are coming in hot with their newest release, and first full-length Shake Your Faith. This 11-track album is super fun and beautifully blends together indie rock with punk to make an album worth checking out. After an almost 10-year stint in the DIY scene, they’re back and better sounding than ever. Shake Your Faith has the feel of a ’90s indie album with punk sensibilities attached. Clean guitars line the verses, while the choruses explode, giving undertones of anger and frustration in not only the instruments, but the vocals. This blending of genres is artfully done, and although it’s been done thousands of times before, Good Grief does a great job at it making it seem like something brand new.
