The Dismemberment Plan recently announced their first show since 2014, and an appearance at Las Vegas’ new indie-emo festival Best Friends Forever, and now they’ve announced more shows. They’re playing the band members’ three current hometowns–Washington, DC; Richmond, VA; and Durham, NC–to celebrate the 25th anniversary of Emergency & I, and they say, “Our schedules don’t align much these days, so these will be the only cities we’re playing.” The shows happen on September 6 at 9:30 Club, September 7 at Richmond Music Hall, and September 8 at Motorco, and tickets go on sale Friday (5/17).
