Cameroonian artist Blick Bassy released his 5th album on May 26. This new work, entitled Mádibá (“water” in the Douala language of Cameroon), is at the crossroads of soul, folk, and electro, co-arranged by Malik Djoudi. Blick Bassy is also excited to announce a tour across North America supporting the new album. The several-week stint across Canada and the United States will bring Blick to major Canadian festivals and venerated clubs in America. The singer/songwriter’s live show, as seen in his “Loba” Live Session, will faithfully reproduce the tracks from Mádibá. Blick Bassy tickets are available here.
