Underground genre-blending artist BVDLVD (pronounced ‘bad lad’) has shared a brand-new single, Prison. Having recently signed to Earache Records, the musician – real name Josh Pearman – unpacks a very personal experience in the raging track, explaining that he wrote it when he was “completely broke”. “Long story short, fuck the tax man!” says Josh. “I had about 80 quid to my name and was stressed about how I was going to pay my bills the next month, borrowing money from my girlfriend, and eating as cheaply as I could.
