It hasn’t taken Charlie Edward long to win over lots of his rock n’ roll mentors and associates, which bodes well for his seemingly limitless future. The 21-year-old recently released his debut single, “Broken Side,” and its accompanying music video. The young phenom is joined on this single by Foreigners’ Jeff Pilson (also known for his work with Dio and Dokken), who contributed some masterful bass guitar. Edward worked a lot with Pilson during the COVID-19 lockdowns, and Pilson was instrumental in helping Edward mature as both a guitarist and songwriter.
