Recently signed to Smartpunk Records, emo/melodic post-hardcore duo GILT has confirmed Spring U.S. headlining tour in advance of their forthcoming EP, Conceit, due on May 6th. Tour dates are below; the band is supporting Mannequin Pussy for the first three Florida shows before heading on their own trek. Commenting on the band’s upcoming new music, vocalist Ash Stixx states: “We’ve spent a lot of time as an emo band talking about grieving and addressing pain, but Conceit is the first material we’ve made since my father passed, and there’s simply no way for it to not be about that in almost every regard because it affects every part of my life.
