Shoegazers Return With Self Titled EP

Having formed in 2017, today’s incarnation of Shoegazers is a far cry from the acoustic project it started out as. After a number of line-up changes and the shock of the pandemic, the band close the year with a brand new self titled EP, their first new music since 2019’s Love Notes EP. The three track, self-titled offering from the Atlanta crew marries punk, indie and emo influence, with a moving and melodic delivery that nods to the likes of Somos and Rozwell Kid. Playing songs about love, heartbreak and mental health issues, the Georgia natives deliver a contemplative and thought-provoking three-track, an honest and relatable nod to the 2010 emo revival.
