It’s true, you can’t keep a good band down. Although Motorhead are no longer together, you can relive a glorious time in their career with a video of Lemmy and company furiously jamming “Stay Clean” during soundcheck at Newcastle, March 30, 1981. Believe it or not, Motorhead lugged around a mobile recording studio during their ’81 “Sharp Pain In The Neck” tour which produced their number one live album, No Sleep Till Hammersmith, turning 40 this year. Deluxe CD box set and special 40th anniversary editions of No Sleep‘ Til Hammersmith will be released June 25. Preorder here.
