Metalcore heavyweights Zao have announced their forthcoming LP, The Crimson Corridor, which arrives April 9 via Observed/Observer Recordings. The album’s lead single, “Croatoan,” is an enigmatic scorcher that tracks the disappearance of English colonists on Roanoke Island according to Decibel. Zao explains: “In 1587 a group of 115 English colonists arrived at Roanoke Island off the coast of what is now North Carolina.
