Video Premiere: The Silent Mile – ‘Better Days’

Rising Vermont pop punk band The Silent Mile didn’t lose momentum through the pandemic, recording a number of new songs, and now, they are on the way to releasing new material, premiering their new track and video, “Better Days.” The song’s lyrics reflect themes that are all-too-relatable surrounding the pandemic and struggles with mental health.
