Hailing from El Paso, Texas, Scattered Storm are a state supergroup comprised of seasoned musicians Andre Acosta and Ed Razor from Pissing Razors fame, alongside band founders Jay Arriaga (No Life on Earth, Years of Cold) and Kevin Armstrong (Mondoshawan, Section 6).
