At Number 4 in The Punk Site‘s countdown of our contributors favourite releases from 2019 is The Dollyrots 7th Studio album, and their 9th in total, “Daydream Explosion“. The irrepressible duo’s latest release inspired us to write this “It is 14 slices of archetypal upbeat, sun-drenched, undiluted punk glory… there’s not a dull moment on this recording. It’s harder in places than previous outings without losing that essential bubblegum charm. And like bubblegum, it’s vivid and persistent.
