JUNO Award-nominated alternative artist Ruby Waters is set to release her first full-length album, What’s The Point, on May 31st. To celebrate the release, Waters has also announced a headlining show at Danforth Music Hall in Toronto on May 30th. Waters dives deep introspectively on What’s The Point and has put together a collection of songs that are the most authentically her and explores themes of acceptance, love, sadness, sex, and more. Written over the past year and a half, Waters rented a cabin and built a studio with some pals. The cabin is a special place for Waters and has been the birthplace of other songs she’s written, such as the previously released “Harder” (2022) and “Open Arms” (2022).
