Haunting, expressive, passionate, and certainly dramatic, Baby Fire is out to make quite the statement with their brand new music video for the latest single “A Spell.” The evocative, artistic, impressionistic clip features French dancer and choreographer Bea Debradant physically expressing herself while a screen in the back shows the original 1935 William Dietrele and Max Reinhardt version of A Midsummer Night’s Dream, of course, based on the William Shakespeare play of the same name. Debradant’s dance moves in the video were heavily inspired by “A Spell’s” lyrics which were composed by joining together sentences used for making real love spells.
