Trash Boat have unveiled a brand-new single, Better Than Yesterday. Taken from the band’s next album Heaven Can Wait (which will be released on October 4), their newest effort “centres around the classic saying ‘comparison is the death of joy’,” according to vocalist Tobi Duncan. “It creeps into everything I do, who does what I do better than me, who makes more money, who’s better looking, who’s stronger, who’s in a bigger band, focusing on everything that I haven’t (yet) managed to achieve and putting myself down because of it, rather than bigging myself up for what I have already done or focusing on achieving more. “This feeling can make you lose faith with anything creative and has crept into my mind regarding music multiple times,” Tobi admits...
