It’s hard to describe, but some bands, like Jacob on the Moon, have a summer sound. That’s why their new single “Sweet Time” really hits the spot. It’s true to how the band leader describes their music, as “beachy pop rock.” There’s a lightness to the Chicago group’s style, which makes it easily digestible and features a well-defined fun factor.
