Santa Cruz hardcore punks Seized Up have released a new music video for “Hanging in the Balance,” the lead single off their upcoming second LP, Modify the Sacred. The album is available for pre-order via Pirates Press Records. The songs on this record come from extremely personal and often dark places for singer and lyricist Clifford Dinsmore, and the lead single “Hanging in the Balance” is a prime example. Dinsmore explains: “In the time period I was fighting cancer, I was shacked up, feeling like a prisoner in my own house.
