Green Day Just Announced An Intimate, One-Off Show In Europe Next Week
Brace yourselves, people… Green Day have just announced a one-off gig in Madrid, Spain, for the end of this month. The punk rock titans will be crossing the pond a week today to perform at the 2,500-capacity La Riviera, before they then take on MTV World Stage Seville on November 2. If either show is too late notice for you, part of the Seville performance will be aired the following day during the 2019 MTV EMAs, so you can still get your Green Day fix from the comfort of your own home. The Madrid gig will be the first since the trio’s iHeartRadio performance in which frontman Billie Joe Armstrong called out President Donald Trump during the song American Idiot.
