“Perdere“, the newest offering from Italian post rock act AUSTRALASIA is the first of a series of tracks, almost entirely instrumental, which collects sensations and impressions of the last (difficult) months and which the band will publish in the course of the year. Musically it is a work that exploits the language of post-rock, incorporating heavy roots and a passion for soundtracks by masters such as Badalamenti and Carpenter. “Perdere” (Italian for “to lose”) is the first piece of a series of singles, which will be published over the next few months, based on the concept of “Perdere e Ritrovare” (To lose and find again).
