If you’re breezing through life, well, good for you! Because things aren’t so cut and dry for the rest of us. On her airy yet amplified new single, “Breeze Thru My Life,” singer-songwriter Mayya has crafted a wonderful piece of indie LoFi, with wonderful melodies, relatable lyrics, and a certain sense of playful absurdity. The new track also has a nice, orchestral, indie pop element to the song, while the vocals are delivered in something of a Leonard Cohen-like spoken word approach. It’s the first single from the Bay Area artist’s brand new album Infinite Possible Futures, due on September 9th.
