When they weren’t out performing, they were diligently writing, and Moving City is now reaping the rewards of all that hard work. Continuing their steady stream of new music, the Vancouver-based band is pleased to be premiering their brand new single “Can I Go and See My Lady?” which was inspired by all of the early pandemic hysteria and uncertainty about appropriate social contact and what danger may await if you break the rules. Despite their own personal uncertainty about the state of the band, their ability to play, and their future together, Moving City is in the midst of their most productive creative period as a band.
