Despite not picking up the trophy for Best Metal Performance, Courtney LaPlante had a very memorable evening at the GRAMMYs last night (February 2) being mistaken for Poppy in an interview. The Spiritbox singer has been praised online for how she smoothly handled the red carpet mix-up from StageRightSecrets, politely going along with the questions and even stating that she was “really happy to be here nominated with Knocked Loose” (for Poppy and KL’s collab Suffocate).
