The members of Tacoma Washington Weekday Club started by making beats and ambient music in their parent’s basements and performing it at coffee shops and nightclubs throughout the state of Wisconsin in their late teens. Now, the group offers up a more grandiose and bluntly emotional sound that incorporates elements of electronic music, including sampling, synth arrangements, and hip-hop production.
