You already heard the Death Pill song from the Death Pill / Shooting Daggers split that comes out on New Heavy Sounds tomorrow (11/17), and now here’s the Shooting Daggers song. With “Not My Rival,” the London band deliver a shouting, sneering, purposeful punk anthem that toes the line between classic ’80s hardcore and ’90s grunge-punk in a way that feels totally fresh in the 2020s.
