Morning Sun is the brand new single and video from Leeds, UK’s The Yalla Yallas. The track is taken from their upcoming fifth album, What It Means To Be Human, that is scheduled for release this Summer. Long term fans may recognise a shift in direction. This time around the band are drawing their inspiration from the likes of Brian Eno, Primal Scream and The Chemical Brothers. During the recording of Morning Sun the band used a set of Brian Eno’s ‘Oblique Strategy’ cards to aid the production of the album. The cards are designed to encourage creative thinking and saw band members playing in total darkness or swapping instruments.
