Brunswick, OH band The Ground Is Lava are celebrating the tenth anniversary of their sophomore full length, Bottle Rockets, and are commemorating the milestone with a reissue of the album courtesy of Really Rad Records. Originally recorded in April 2013 at The Headroom in Philadelphia, PA, Bottle Rockets was mixed by Joe Reinhart and mastered at Gradwell House by Dave Downham in Haddon Heights, NJ. Featuring vocal contributions from Peter Helmis and Joe Reinhart of Algernon Cadwallader and Hop Along, Bottle Rockets stands as a lasting triumph of the emo genre and an indication of the evolving maturity of songwriting found at the tail end of the emo revival.
