Rising Bristol nu-gaze band Split Chain have unleashed a huge new single. Entitled Descend, it arrives one year on from their debut song Get Inside, and builds on their momentum ahead of some May shows with Superheaven and a bunch of UK festivals this summer. Speaking about the meaning behind the single, vocalist/guitarist Bert shares that, “Descend is a full-circle story. Told from the point of view of someone growing up in a toxic household, it tells of how it feels to be pushed down and made to feel like the problem, on enduring personal suffering for others to strive.
