Underground music legend Hoya Roc has founded the new band SMOKE AxD and released their debut single, “Smoke All Day.” Hoya Roc has been an institution in the underground music scene for over three decades, playing bass in the legendary New York Hardcore band Madball. Recently, he decided to part ways amicably with the band to focus on other pursuits, such as expanding the reach of his Smokin Word TV/Podcast network. During this time, Hoya has never once thought about quitting music. His DIY work ethic, along with boundless creative energy, led him to compose original music as the soundtrack to his multimedia projects.
