Rainbow Kitten Surprise dropped by Boston’s Roadrunner for three consecutive nights on their ‘Tiny Music Box Tour.’ The show was a highly anticipated event following last year’s cancellation of Boston dates for personal reasons. The tour was celebrated not only for the return to Boston but for the release of their new album Love Hate Music Box which includes new hits “Superstar” and “SVO.” I was lucky enough to catch night two of the spectacular run. The five-man band took the two-tier stage, starting with “Fever Pitch” after an instrumental intro of “Peter Pan.” Lead singer Ela Melo donned a white lace bodysuit and tutu, exhibiting the music box ballerina theme.
