Portal 27 has officially arrived on the scene with their debut single, “Toxins.” The track blends the best of 90s and 2000s alt-rock with a modern edge. In their words, “‘Toxins’ marks the beginning of making something from nothing, and that’s powerful.” The band, formed in 2024, is made up of three friends, Cole Burleson (vocals), Thomas Dameron (guitar, bass, production), and Scott Davis (drums). The origin of the band was when Cole and Scott had been dabbling a musical side project, but decided they wanted something more.
