The World is a Beautiful Place & I am No Longer Afraid to Die have shared their second track from their fourth studio album, Illusory Walls, set for release digitally October 8 and on vinyl December 3, “Queen Sophie for President.” Creating Illusory Walls took about a year, recorded in the Connecticut woods and quarantined Philadelphia as the band navigated the pandemic. The extra time allowed the band time to manage vocalist Katie Dvorak sustaining an injury that had her unable to sing for several months, which would have affected the band’s usual recording schedule.
