Marissa Paternoster, frontwoman of the iconic Screaming Females, has announced her first fully solo album, Peace Meter, out December 3 via Don Giovanni Records. To celebrate the album announcement, Paternoster has released lead single and video, “White Dove”. After arriving home from a west coast tour cut short due to Covid, the Screaming Females’ vocalist/guitarist immediately began writing her solo album. Alone in her grandmother’s empty home, she sent the skeleton of a song to Andy Gibbs from the metal band THOU with the hopes that he might be able to extrapolate on the original idea.
