Against The Words is the first single off of his new full length record, Warm Absence, due out April 22 via Babe City Records. The record is a result of quarantine, abandonment, and family history. Against the Words is inspired by rare groove records, neo soul, free jazz and alternative music. Satchel Brown has been relentlessly releasing music out of the Los Angeles music scene for the better part of a decade, both on his own as Satchy, and in several LA-based bands. His most recent endeavor, LA Hardcore up-and-comers Zulu, is taking the world by storm right now, and Satchy hopes to do the same with Warm Absence.
