Philadelphia indie punks Mannequin Pussy have announced their new EP Perfect will be released May 21 via Epitaph Records. Just like pretty much every band on the planet – and person for that matter – 2020 ruined Mannequin Pussy’s plans. They were riding the high of releasing 2019 album Patience, and steadily touring the record. They’d finally got to a point of having the chance to turn music into a full time occupation after nearly a decade. Then COVID hit and locked the world down. The Perfect EP is the result of months of social isolation and internet-fueled anxiety.
