They may be from Australia, but Melbourne nu-metal act Dregg’s new single is digging in to the American state of things. New track “Dr. Fauci Didn’t Kill Himself” finds the group blending rap-rock vocals with metalcore riffage and breakdowns. The track takes inspiration from the band’s frustration with Covid-19 precautions. “The days at home felt like a prison for the band, but a prison that had everything you I ever wanted,” Dregg says. “Endless TV shows, video games, foodto your door, online shopping.
