Nails have finally, officially announced their long-teased first album in eight years, Every Bridge Burning, due August 30 via Nuclear Blast (pre-order). Band leader Todd Jones made it with the new lineup of drummer Carlos Cruz (Warbringer), bassist Andrew Solis (Despise You, Apparition), and guitarist Shelby Lermo (Ulthar), and it was produced by Kurt Ballou and features artwork by Jef Whitehead. The first single and opening track is the grindy, 82-second scorcher “I Don’t Want To Know You,” which Todd Jones says “is special to the record in that I knew we wanted it to be the opener.
