Model Society are back with their brand new single ‘I Spy‘, the track is soaked in six-string fuzz and and continues the band’s mockery of modernity. The title alone mirrors the political panopticon with vocalist Dan Clare interrogating our perception of choice and free will in the face of media saturation and digitalised mass-surveillance. Model Society are quick to reassure us that all hope is not lost. What is needed is change through grass-roots action and a belief that things can and will get better. ‘I Spy‘ is the second single off of the bands eagerly anticipated “Entertainment” EP that is set for release on Kitchen Disco Records later this year. ‘I Spy‘ can be streamed here and the video can be viewed below
