While performing at London’s huge SSE Arena, Wembley this past Friday (January 31), Megadeth’s Dave Mustaine spoke onstage of his battle with cancer; in an update in November he revealed that he was on “the other side of the majority of the treatment”, but now the frontman has happily stated he is free of cancer.
