Following a string of great singles, Lynks has announced details of their debut album ABOMINATION. The electro-punk artist will be releasing their first full-length on April 12 via Heavenly, and teases that fans can expect them to expand on earlier material in several ways. “I think on the EPs, I was trying so hard to get anyone to pay attention,” Lynks says. “Early on I was like, ‘Well, every song needs to be a hilarious concept.’ Whereas this album, there’s quite a few of those, but there’s also songs that aren’t necessarily funny, or they’re exploring an idea rather than being really specific.” Of newest single CPR, meanwhile, Lynks jokingly reveals of its origins: “There’s this temptation to shrink yourself and make yourself seem all helpless and ...
