June 10th, 11th and 12th sees Long Division Festival return to Wakefield, UK. Postponed in 2020 because of the pandemic, 2021 saw it re-scheduled to September and now, just 9 months later it’s back in it’s usual month of June. Always a highlight of Wakefield’s social calendar, in fact a highlight of the calendar regardless of where you live, Long Division is an award-winning festival spread over three days. Friday sees the festival open with an evening in the company of Poet Laureate Simon Armitage whilst Sunday sees the festival end with a day of free live music from a host of West Yorkshire’s finest talents.
