Listen to Weezer’s sweet new song, I Want A Dog

Weezer have confirmed the release of their final seasonal EP of 2022, and shared its very lovely first single. Following their Spring, Summer and Autumn SZNZ EPs, Weezer will drop SZNZ: Winter on December 21, with lead single I Want A Dog out now. In the lovely (and very relatable) new track, Rivers Cuomo croons that, ​‘I want a dog to curl up beside me,’ with the loyal pet in question keeping the frontman company and looking out for him. Awwww.  Rivers previously explained of the different styles in each seasonal release: ​“Spring is kind of like happy chill. And then we move through to dance rock, like a Strokes-style album for the fall, and then sad acoustic, Elliott Smith-style for winter.” Watch the lyric video for I Want A Dog below: ...
