Ska-punk lifers Less Than Jake have released a new single, “Broken Words,” their first original new song since their 2021 split with Kill Lincoln. Like their song on that split and their 2020 album Silver Linings, the song sounds like classic LTJ. They don’t fix what ain’t broke, and they’ve still got the same spirit they had in the ’90s. “It happens to me, too. I’ll try to say something, (maybe I didn’t choose the best words, but I tried), they get misinterpreted and I end up unintentionally communicating something I didn’t mean at all,” says bassist/co-vocalist Roger Lima. “Know that feeling?
