New York City-based singer-songwriter and actor Jack O’Neill recently released his new single, “Weight of the World,” the first track from his upcoming album, North Star, his first solo album since 2003’s Halfway Round the World. “Weight of the World” reflects the mutability of life and its impact on our consciousness, a topic that fits inside the theme of the forthcoming North Star, which wrestles with the idea of how, as we get further away from where we come from, we in some way seem to get nearer to our origin point.
