Earlier this year, Californian hard rockers Incubus revealed that they’re working on a new album — their first since 2017’s 8. Now, the band have released the first single from that album in the form of a new music video, which pays modern tribute to the 1987 teen vampire classic The Lost Boys.The song, called Into The Summer, is a little more upbeat and surfy than some fans might expect from Incubus, but it’s got a great chorus, and the guitar work has a spacey Ratatat-ish vibe. The video, meanwhile, is just straight-up Lost Boys — a kid in a beach town befriends a bunch of misfits, drinks their blood, and finds himself becoming a vampire.
