If you’re a fan of James Bond, then you know what a honey pot is. For the uninitiated, it’s using an attractive person to seduce and acquire information from another person. A secondary meaning is something beautiful, like a city, that everyone wants to visit. Honey Trap, the band, is made up of Jessica Rendon (vocals), Vasilios Bouras (guitar), Angel De Los Santos (bass), and Cody Hager (drums). Based in New York City, they recently released their new single/music video, “Saints and Sinners.” “Saints and Sinners” rolls out on a syrupy, bluesy guitar topped by Rendon’s soft, sultry vocals, followed by the song ramping up to heavy guitars as Rendon elevates her voice to deliciously scorching levels.
