Hippie Trim return with new hardcore/alt-rock song “Agent Mayhem”

German hardcore/alt-rock blenders Hippie Trim are back with “Agent Mayhem,” their first new single since their great 2022 LP What Consumes Me. Like that LP, it was mixed by Jon Markson (Drug Church, Drain, Koyo, etc), and it picks up where What Consume Me‘s thrilling, genre-blurring vibes left off, pushing the band’s heavy side and their melodic side to new limits. The song “deals with the daily run in the hamster wheel,” the band says, “with the madness that prevails every day and is largely tacitly accepted.
