Ahead of the release of this month’s album Unicorn, Gunship have unveiled yet another new star-studded banger. Following July’s Monster In Paradise – which features WARGASM’s Milkie Way, Dave Lombardo, Tyler Bates and Tim Cappello – today the trio have shared DooM Dance with Carpenter Brut and Bush’s Gavin Rossdale. Inspired by manga artist Masamune Shirow and ’90s-era VHS anime releases, the track takes its name from the video game DOOM, and according to a press release Gunship’s aim here is to ‘administer a shot of neon adrenaline to rock, metal, electronic and gaming fans the world over’.
