Grouplove took over Boston’s MGM Music Hall at Fenway on March 29th with solo act Bully. This was the American alternative rock band’s next-to-last stop along their “Rock and Roll You Won’t Save Me” tour, which finished in New York the following night. The tour celebrated several years of Grouplove’s greatest hits from across their six studio albums. The night opened with Bully, a solo project by German-born singer/songwriter Alicia Bognanno. Her impressive vocals were backed by her instrumental talent on guitar and piano. The nine-song indie rock set was a perfect beginning to an ecstatic night.
