From the darkest depths of Norfolk and Cambridgeshire, England come Das Kapitans who draw influence from Fugazi, The Spits, The Melvins, Sonic Youth, Blur and Joy Division. Formed at the back end of 2020 Das Kapitans set themselves the challenge of writing, recording and releasing twelve, yes 12, albums through 2021, a challenge that they surpassed as they also released a few EPs and stand alone singles in addition to a dozen full lengths. 2022 has seen a slightly slower pace, but the band already have two full album releases planned for this year alongside some single releases, the first of which was Big Muff / MTV that was released at the start of February.
