Danny Carey Hopes That Tool Will Record An EP During Lockdown

At the start of lockdown, Tool drummer Danny Carey had expressed the idea that he might get together with bassist Justin Chancellor and guitarist Adam Jones to work on an EP together – and though we are now several months on from those comments and nothing’s seemingly happened, the sticksman isn’t ruling it out just yet. Despite stating that Tool are “kind of on hiatus” at the moment with their huge year of planned touring obviously completely up in the air, Danny says that, with things likely not getting back to any form of normality until 2021, they need to kick back into gear.
